4 Sets at 1 Challenging weight:

– 2 Position Halting Clean Grip DL X 3

(pause 2” below knee/mid thigh/then finish to hips)

Rest ONLY 2 minutes between sets.

B: Metcon (Weight)

Every 90s for 12 Minutes:

– 5 Hang Power Cleans**

– 10-15 Ring Pushups

**Choose a load that is very challenging but you remain UNBROKEN the entire EMOM. Complete both movements in the 90s interval

C: Metcon (No Measure)

2 Sets:

– Supinated Ring Rows X 10 @ 2111 (2s down/pause for 1s/1s up/hold for 1s)

Rest as needed

– 60s Hollow Hold
