5 Sets:
– 2 Position Halting Clean DL + Hang Clean X 1.1 (rest 15s between reps)
(pause 2” below knee/mid thigh/then finish to hips/ then hang clean)
Rest ONLY 2 minutes between sets
B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
12 Minute AMRAP:
– 1 Power Clean (165/115)
– 1 Front Squat
– 1 S2OH
– 2 Power Clean
– 2 Front Squat
– 2 S2OH
….and so on
