Every 90s for 7:30 (5 Sets):
– Barbell Strict Press X 4-6
*Choose one challenging Load for all 5 sets
B: Metcon (Weight)
Every 90s for 15 Mins (10 Sets):
– 5 Push Press (bar from ground)
– 10 Burpees over the bar
*Choose a VERY Challenging load for the push press. If you round takes you over the 90s mark, rest until the next round and pick back up.
