*Build to heaviest complex, last 3 sets should be 70+%. Record Final 3 sets weight

A: Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

5 Sets:

– 10 UB Snatches (75/55)

– 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

Rest 60s between sets
