Men: Start at 95#, add 10-20# each set

Women: Start at 55#, add 5-10# each set

*if you tap out early, complete 15 Hollow Rocks and 10 supermans w/ 1s pause each 2 minutes until everyone is finished

B: Metcon (No Measure)

14 Minute EMOM:

1) 10 Burpees

2) 12-15 UB Pullups
