. Every Minute for 10 Minutes:

1) 10 UB OHS (You choose the weight)

2) 12 UB Pullups (or 2 best UB sets, not to exceed 12)

B: Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

2 Sets:

3 Min AMRAP:

– 1 Power Snatch (75/55) + 1 OHS

– 2 Power Snatch + 2 OHS

– 3 Power Snatch + 3 OHS

….

Rest 3 mins between sets
