*try to increase weight from 2 weeks ago, or increase reps

Rest 30s, then:

A2: Metcon (Weight)

UB Double Russian KB Swings X 15-20 (Heavy as possible)

Rest 2 Minutes between sets

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

14 AMRAP:

– 10 Pushups

– 20 Ab Mat Sit Ups

– 30 DUs (90 singles)
