– Front Squat
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets, use this time for any extra mobility you may need for the squats, or for you shoulders for part
B: Metcon (3 Rounds for time)
3 Sets:
– Row 500m
– 20 Toes To bar
*goal is to push for as UB T2B as possible
Rest 3 Minutes between sets
