Below is a suggested workout/movements for a workout so you stay on track with class wods the rest of the week

A: Metcon (Time)

For Time:

– 1k Row

– 25 Burpees over the rower

Rest 5 mins, then:

B: Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds:

– 10 S2OH (115/75)

– 10 T2B

– 50 DUs

Rest 5 Mins, then:

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5 Min AMRAP:

– 30 burpees over the bar

– Max Reps Clean and Jerk (135/85)

*Record ONLY reps of clean and Jerk
