A: Warm-up (No Measure)
**IF you are completing the Open workout Saturday, or aren’t looking to Perform complete:
A. One Tough Set:
– Row @ FAST unitl uncomfortable (about 60s)
Rest 60s, then:
– AMRAP Burpees over the bar until “uncomfortable”, or speed slows
Rest 60s
– AMRAP DUs until “uncomfortable”
Rest 60s
– AMRAP Box Jumps (24/20) until “uncomfortable”
B. 1-2 Sets:
4-5 Rounds:
– 30s AB/Row/Ski @ 85-90% effort
Rest 60s between rounds
*Rest 2 minutes between SETS*
B: Warm-up (No Measure)
**if you are completing the OPEN workout FRIDAY and are looking to perform well, complete the following:
20-30 mins of:
-5 Mins of row/bike/ski/run
– 5 mins mobility
