3 Sets:
– Back Squat X 40% of last weeks Max Reps on Friday (225/155)
Rest as LITTLE as possible between sets (minimum 1, maximum 4)
**Ex: If you did 22 reps, then you’ll do 3×9 reps with minimal rest as possible
B: Metcon (Time)
10 Rounds For Time w/ partner, alternating FULL rounds (20 Min Cap):
– 5 BF burpees
– 5 Power Cleans (135/95)
– 5 Front Squat (135/95)
