– Back Squat X 2.2.2.2 (10s between clusters-add weight from last week)

rest 30s, then:

– HSPU X 4.4.4.4 (Rest as minimal as possible between clusters)

rest 2-3 mins between sets

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5 Min AMRAP:

– 35 BF Burpees

– Max Squat Cleans (135/95) w/ remaining time
