– 2 KB Front Rack RLE split squat X 4-6 (each leg, increase weight from 2 weeks ago)

– Tempo Ring Dips X max reps @ 1111

*Rest as needed between movements*

B: Metcon (Distance)

15 Min AMRAP w/ Partner:

– 500m Row

*Partner B MUST complete 50ft DB FR Walking Lunges (50/35) before switching.

Score= TOTAL meters. Must reset the rower after each 500 interval.
