– Max Burpee to 6” target

Rest 5 mins, then:

C: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

8 Min AMRAP w/ Partner (both working at same time):

– 200m Shuttle run (50m down/50m back)

– Box Jumps (24/20)

**Each 50m counts as 1 rep
