rest 60s between LEGS, rest as needed between sets

*Scale to DB/KB at side if form/depth is compromised

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 Min AMRAP:

– 400m Run

– 30 Pushups

– 20 Wall Balls (20/14)
