– 50ft DB FR Walking Lunge (50/35)
– 8 C2B
– 50ft DB OH Walking Lunge (50/35)- Switch arms at 25’
– 8 Burpees over the DB- New Standard!
Rest to recovey between sets
*move through the workout at a fast pace and when you feel significant fatigue stop where you are, rest to recovery, then pick up where you left off
