A: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
25 Minute AMRAP:
– Run 2 Miles Total (break up however)
– 20 Clean and Jerks (185/125)
– 20 Burpees over the bar
– 20 Clean and Jerks (155/105)
– 20 Burpees over the bar
– Max Reps Clean and Jerks (135/95)
*The goal here is to start at a heavier load, and decrease in weight each set. If these weights are un-achievable, please choose loads that are challenging to YOU!
